For the Builder

 We provide expert direction based on a wealth of experience that Builders can trust, as our Principal is a licenced Builder in his own right, this allows us to confirm and remove any disputes in relation to the Scope of Works. By utilising Industry Standard fair pricing, we ensure the Builder has the necessary budget to complete the job safely and to a high standard, reducing possible Variations during the construction phase. 

 At Quantum, we bridge the gap between complex design and practical execution. Our years of hands on experience in Insurance Construction Claims are backed by a deep, working knowledge of the entire project lifecycle. 

We have spent decades collaborating directly with Engineers and Architects, mastering the intricate processes required to move a claim from initial concept to final sign-off. This multi-trade fluencies allows us to precisely calculate timelines, material requirements, and total project costs with forensic certainty.   

We speak the builder’s language, which enables us to negotiate fair pricing with Builders, ensuring that the works scoped will reinstate all damages whilst ensuring for the insured that all works meet the current Building Code. Our expertise in materials guarantees that the right product is selected for the repair application, especially during Insurance assessments.

We believe that each assessment be judged on its individual merit and that a fair claim should be handled as quickly as practicable. If a dispute arises our experience ensures that the resolution will provide the technical clarity necessary to move files from 'pending' to 'completed' with confidence.
