We focus on accurately assessing Expert Reports, and Scopes of Work, in conjunction with Builders Quotations, to ensure that every Scope of Work is technically correct, and that costs are strictly fair and reasonable, which is crucial for effective dispute resolution should this be required. Our Estimation Assessment process is based on decades of direct, hands-on experience across the full spectrum of residential construction trades. This practical background allows us to spot 'paper thin' quotes, identify shortfalls in a Scope of Works, and confirm adherence to the National Construction Code so as to ensure missing structural requirements are included in all Scopes of Works, thus ensuring correct costs are presented and reducing possible future Variations.
For the Insurer
We identify and mitigate "claims leakage" by ensuring the scope is limited to event-related damage, and that rates reflect current market standards.
For the Insured
Peace of mind, knowing that the proposed repair methodology is structurally sound, the Scope of Works is accurate, and that repairs will comply to all Australian Standards, thus restoring the Insured property to its true pre-loss condition.
For the Builder
We provide expert direction based on a wealth of experience that Builders can trust, as our Principal is a licenced Builder in his own right, this allows us to confirm and remove any disputes in relation to the Scope of Works. By utilising Industry Standard fair pricing, we ensure the Builder has the necessary budget to complete the job safely and to a high standard, reducing possible Variations during the construction phase.
